Treatment Eligibility

• Treatments are generally available to individuals 18 years or older. For those under 18, certain services may require parental approval.
• If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or are pregnant, some treatments might not be appropriate. Please notify us ahead of time to prevent any cancellation fees.
• A patch test is needed 1 week before all laser treatments to ensure they are safe for you.

Appointments and Cancellations

• Before booking any skin treatment, we strongly recommend a face-to-face or online/video consultation. This allows us to assess your suitability for the treatment, discuss your goals, and provide guidance on pre-treatment care and to identify any potential contraindications. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that a consultation may be required before your treatment.
• All treatments require an appointment, which can be booked through our website or the Timely app. If you need any help, feel free to reach out to us via phone or email.
• Your appointment is not confirmed until we have accepted it and received your deposit.
• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within 48 hours; your deposit will be retained.
• Late arrival: If you arrive 10 minutes late or more, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
• If we must have to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund your deposit in full.
• Our prices, including VAT, are listed on the website. While prices may change, the rate at the time of booking will remain unchanged.
• Full payment is due after your treatment, and we prefer payment via cash or bank transfer.

GDPR Data Protection Policy
